The culmination of over 15 years of development, Stormproof material is designed by Coverking and made by one of the world's leading textile mills. It is the most waterproof yet breathable car cover material available. Stormproof car cover material exhibits outstanding sun and U.V. resistance, able to last for years in Arizona sun without fading. The micro-fiber base material is soft to the touch and won't scratch a car's paint - yet is rolls up into a very compact package for easy storage. Stormproof is available in colors, and also with licensed GM logos.
Stormproof is unique in the field of Custom Car Cover materials in that it is Untreated, Uncoated, and Unprocessed. Through Coverking's advanced textile engineering, Stormproof™ accomplishes the needs of a premium Car Cover material without the coatings which can easily wear off, the treatments which fade over time, and the processing which can be undone the first time it is exposed to water. Speak to somebody who has owned other "premium" Car Cover materials and you'll hear how the other Car Cover fabrics work as advertised for the first few months, but then degrade in their water resistance - the problem is that the treatments and coatings can wear off, scratch off, or simply wash off.
Stormproof is immune to this, because it is inherently water resistant. It has no coating, so it is very breathable. Stormproof Custom Car Covers are available only with Coverking's famous Custom Fit and the unique pattern designs which result in the fewest seams possible - Compare the images on the left. Coverking uses the fewest seams to produce a perfect, custom fit without the "patchwork" look created by sewing small pieces together. Although it costs more, Coverking's designs result in superior fit, looks, and less chance of seams failing or leaking.

Convertible tops, windows, sun and moon roofs must be closed completely before covering your vehicle. Do not use a cover while the vehicle is in motion. In cold environments, do not remove the cover in the unusual circumstance that a layer of ice has formed between the cover and the vehicle. Pour warm water over the cover to expedite thawing, as this ice must be thawed before removal. Do not rely solely on the elasticized bottom of the cover in even moderate winds. Utilize the integrated security grommets in any substantial wind. If high wind conditions are present (30+mph), the covers should not be used. Do not cover a vehicle that has been wrapped. For vehicles in storage under a cover for long periods of time, check the status of the car every 3 weeks.

All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact SR1 Performance for shipping quotes. Shipments outside of the Continental US may incur customs fees, Duties, or Taxes depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Per regulated shipping rules, the customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees associated with customs are to be paid by the customer as SR1 Performance has no way of calculating these fees.
CORE CHARGES
Our exchange program is very simple and allows you to receive chrome plated wheels or powder coated calipers without unnecessary down time to your vehicle. We first send you a set of our high quality chrome plated GM wheels or powder coated calipers to have installed. The best way to purchase is with a credit card. We initially charge you for the Chrome Plating
(wheels) or powder coating (calipers) plus a refundable core charge.
You must return your undamaged cores within ten (10) days, we then issue you a full core credit within ten (10) days of receiving the product. Cores returned late (after the 10-day period) will be charged a $30.00 (per day) late fee. There will be a $100.00 stripping fee on painted caliper cores. To insure the highest quality available we only exchange GM products and they must be for the same style and year. Any damages will be deducted from the core refund. You may contact SR1 Performance for return shipping assistance.
WARRANTIES
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. SR1 Performance and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only. All Chrome Exchange wheels come with a 3-Year Written Warranty. Our 1-piece reproduction wheels come with a “Lifetime Limited” structure and a 2 year chrome warranty. All wheels should be checked for trueness or run-out before installation, in case shipping damage has occurred. All wheels should be test fit before installation to assure proper clearance of brake rotor, brake caliper, inner and out fender and brake cooling duct. Complete warranty will accompany wheel shipments. SR1 Performance does not directly warrant any high performance part or labor. Performance parts are installed at the customers risk and any warranty claim must be taken up with the manufactures. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of his or her area. SR1 Performance does not cover labor on any warranty claim. All SR1 Performance Forged Wheels are designed for street use only. Warranty is void if used for racing.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
All items that are considered “oversized” are items that are billed from the carrier at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum of a 30lb. package. Oversized items have an additional fee to cover these high shipping costs, even when a "free shipping" promotion is in effect.
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage be present, immediately notify SR1 Performance so that all the necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of any goods. Notify SR1 Performance’s Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged or defective goods before sending the item back. SR1 Performance is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery. *Damage claims may not be submitted after the part is installed.* Once the item is installed, SR1 Performance is not liable for damages or imperfections.
SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been back ordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. SR1 Performance assumes no liability after this point.PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders made payable to SR1 Performance. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All personal checks are subject to a 10 day hold. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. C.O.D. orders add $ 13.00 CA residents, add 8.00% sales tax. Call for Wire Transfer information.
C.O.D. ORDERS

SALES TAX
